TRANSFERABLE L/C. 2) 100% sigth LC. 3) After contract signed, the buyer issue L/C to Seller, after received L/C, the Seller will issued 2% proformance Bond to the Buyer only. 4) LC must be with Bank gaurantee (LCBG).
